No Obama, the U.S. Population is not 1.85 Billion

If the U.S. Unemployment Rate is at 5.1% and 94,610,000 people (ages 16 and over) were not in the labor force in September, then using elementary school math should we believe the population of the U.S. to be 1,855,098,039 (calculated 94,610,000 * 100 / 5.1)?
