Battle for humanity nearly lost: global food supply deliberately engineered to end life, not nourish it

We thought we were eating well but have completely changed our eating habits. Now we eat mainly nuts, grains, fruits and vegetables and completely ignore processed foods, natural flavors (MSG), high fructose corn syrup, white sugar, white flour and pesticides wherever possible. We also eat meat sparingly–maybe once every month or two. It takes longer to shop, cook and cleanup and my spouse spends lots of time working on raw recipes.
